The App enables users to:

• Log past locations and time ranges
• Discover potential overlaps with other users
• Connect through mutual opt-in
• Communicate via in-app messaging

The App does not:

• Provide real-time location tracking
• Conduct background checks
• Guarantee matches or connections
• Verify user identity beyond account registration

You acknowledge that interactions with other users are at your own risk.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Impersonate another person
• Use false information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines.

You must not:

• Harass or threaten other users
• Share explicit or illegal content
• Engage in hate speech or discrimination
• Attempt to identify or locate users outside the App without consent
• Solicit money or engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the App for commercial promotion

Violations may result in permanent removal.

You acknowledge that:

• We do not screen or verify users.
• We are not responsible for user conduct.
• Meeting another user is done at your own risk.

We strongly encourage meeting in public and following safety precautions.

The App is not responsible for any harm resulting from user interactions.

Location overlaps are based on:

• User-submitted venue or route data
• Approximate time windows

We do not guarantee accuracy of location entries.

We are not responsible for incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent user logs.

If you purchase a premium subscription:

• Payment is processed through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel through your App Store account settings.
• We do not control billing processes handled by Apple.
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies.

All App content, including branding, design, software, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Krossed Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Use our branding without permission

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it within the App for service functionality.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate Community Guidelines
• We believe your behaviour poses a safety risk

You may delete your account at any time via the App settings.

Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months (if any).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krossed Ltd from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update pricing
• Update these Terms

We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
